My name is Muhammed Thanseeb, and I am a passionate and motivated professional with a strong academic background in hospitality and tourism. I completed my Master’s Degree in Hospitality from James Cook University, Singapore, after earning my Bachelor’s Degree in Travel and Tourism from Calicut University. My international education has strengthened my understanding of global service standards and customer expectations.

I bring a range of strengths to my work, including communication, problem solving, marketing knowledge, consistency, and customer service excellence. I am fluent in English, Malayalam, and Hindi, which helps me connect with diverse customers and communities. My ability to adapt and learn quickly makes me a reliable and efficient team member.
 From 2018 to 2022, I worked with MA Tours and Travels, where I gained valuable experience in customer service, ticketing, and travel coordination. This role helped me build strong communication skills, handle customer inquiries effectively, and manage travel-related operations with accuracy and professionalism.    

Currently, I am expanding my skill set by studying Digital Marketing, focusing on SEO, SMM, content creation, and online branding. This new direction allows me to combine my hospitality experience with modern marketing strategies, preparing me to contribute to businesses that value customer engagement and digital growth.
